Sebs FM on 96.1
‘The Sebs Christmas broadcast FM’ organised by the Media Society of St Sebastian's College, will be on from December 9, 10 and 11 from 6.00am to 12 midnight.

The broadcast will be on 96.1 FM. The main feature of the broadcast will be the live coverage of the Sebastianite Christmas Carol Service on December 10 and the other programmes, which include educational programmes, musical items and request shows.

As in the previous years the Media Society are planning to have a number of interesting programmes to get the active participation of the listeners. The main attraction for the youth and the school children will be the competitions where prizes will be awarded.

The ‘Seba Media’ started in 1997 are having three radio broadcasts annually from 2004, including a commenttary of the Cambrian-Sebastianite limited overs Cricket match.

These broadcasts, which have been very popular among the school children in the suburbs of Colombo have helped the members of the society to get knowledge and experience in Radio Communication.
