Fire at the Keg
Popular band 'Wild Fire' is now in action at the Keg Pub and Restaurant at the Excel World. The band performs at the Keg every Friday after dark.
The band is expected to create hype as it does wherever it goes exposing the clientele to a new world of entertainment.

'Wild Fire' led by Derek Wickremanayake is one of the most sought after bands in town for the past few years. With performing experiences in numerous countries plus the unmatched ability to cater to the local audience, Wild Fire is bound to rock the fans at The Keg on Fridays.

‘This is the initial step of re-branding Excel World as a place where people could enjoy high quality music in the forms of concerts, gigs and dances’ said Shaminda Jayasekera, new hand behind the marketing team at the Excel
The Keg will be re arranged with the introduction of Wild Fire, allowing people to interact more with the band while the entertainment continues for the listening audience.

‘A mini dance floor will be added to the pub, which is famous for its cozy ambience among the regular customers’ he added.
The theme nights will be the otherattraction at the Keg.
‘Fridays and Saturdays will be Jazz to R & B and Rock.

‘This would open the windows for diversified musical pleasure complimenting delicious food along with fine wines and spirits’ he said
The Keg- is expected to attract more customers and it will be an ideal place to hang out after work’ Shaminda said.
