Chinese New Year Bash will come alive at the Airport Garden Hotel
in Seeduwa from January 29 to February 5.
The
Chinese New Year is the longest and most important celebration in
the Chinese Calendar, and the Year of the Dog would begin on January
29, and would go through the month of February 2006.
People
born in the Year of the Dog possess the best traits of human nature.
They have a deep sense of loyalty, are honest, and inspire other
people's confidence.
‘There
are many specialties in Chinese Culture associated with the Chinese
New Year and our Chinese Chef Geng Tao has plans to introduce many
such traditional items to welcome the Year of the Dog’ said

with appetizers of Deep Fried Seafood Sui Mai, Steam Shar pow with
pork, Hot and Sour Soups of Sea Cucumber with Bean Curd to the main
course featuring Sizzling Lobster with Cheese and Garlic Sauce,
Kung bow Prawn with Cadju Nuts, Flower Fish with hot Garlic Sauce
and Shredded Chicken with Yushan Sauce are just some of the Chinese
