HSBC Lifestyle fair today
HSBC is holding its three day Lifestyle Fair 2006 from March 24 to 26 from 10 am to 8 pm at the Sri Lanka Exhibition and Convention Centre (SLECC).
This year’s fair is expected to be the highlight of Colombo’s calendar of events for 2006 and follows on from the first HSBC Lifestyle Loans Fair in 2005, which received an overwhelming response from customers.

The fair proved to be a revolutionary concept and consumers were delighted with the opportunity they had to walk in and obtain a Lifestyle Loan from HSBC and purchase whatever caught their fancy from a wide array of products and services.

The event showcased various products and services such as computers, travel counters, education stalls, home appliances, vehicles and so on, all of which the consumer could buy on-the-spot, facilitated by a Lifestyle Loan from HSBC.

David J H Griffiths, chief executive officer, HSBC Sri Lanka and Maldives, emphasised that the event goes beyond “merely a need for a loan” and declares that this occasion has been “aimed at helping people enjoy better lifestyles”.

The bank said visitors are welcome to browse through the wide range of stalls at the HSBC Lifestyle Fair 2006. Visitors will also have the facility of choosing an instant loan or obtaining a credit card, but will need to come prepared with the necessary documents specified by HSBC.
