Cargills: Park & Shop, now Sentra in sight
The Cargills Food City supermarket chain is planning to buy Sentra supermarket outlets, in a bid to broadbase its reach, weeks after acquiring the Park & Shop chain.

Company sources said both Sentra and Park & Shop had approached Cargills to buy them out as they had liquidity issues in the recent past. Negotiations are continuing with Sentra owners.
