‘Christmas On Wings 2006’

‘Christmas on Wings’, an ensemble of hymns in celebration of the yuletide season by SriLankan Airlines' Christmas Choir will come alive on Sunday, 17 December at the Bishop's College Auditorium in Colombo.

‘Christmas on Wings’ is a memorable evening of Christmas music, song, drama and dance presented by the staff of SriLankan Airlines and their families.

Held for the 23rd consecutive year, ‘Christmas on Wings’, is a free service open to the public.

Chief Executive Officer - SriLankan Airlines' will grace the occasion as the Chief Guest, with Rev. Fr. Kingsley Perera officiating at the evening's proceedings.

The programme includes performances by the sixty eight strong Sri Lankan Airlines' Choir trained by Mrs. Kuveni Wijeratne, congregational carols dance and drama.

‘In the true spirit of Christmas, employees of all religious faiths participate in this programme, making it an event of multi religious bonding’ said Chandana de Silva , the head of Corporate Communications of SriLankan Airlines.
