JKH board changes

John Keells Holdings (JKH) will soon announce a replacement for one of its directors, S. Easparathasan, who died recently, company sources said.

Easparathasan, a retired Senior Deputy Governor, was a JKH board member since 1999/2000 and one of its non-executive and independent directors.
