SriLankan reschedules night flights

SriLankan Airlines said this week it’s rescheduling flights to operate between 5 am and 9pm to and from Colombo International Airport with immediate effect until further notice.

Peter Hill, CEO, in a press release, said, “We sincerely regret any inconvenience caused to our customers as a result of our decision not to operate into and out of Colombo International Airport between 9pm and 5 am, however the safety of our passengers, crew and aircraft is our prime concern and one that we will not compromise on under any circumstances.”

It said general passenger flight inquiries could be obtained by calling 019733 2377.
