What an expense
They spent over one million rupees to send three cyclists to the headquarters at Geneva to follow a diploma course on the said subject. Prior to the departure they said that there were so many other persons from so many countries coming to the headquarters to follow the course but it was reported that there was only one other person who had come from Saudi Arabia to follow the course. Besides that, one of the persons who followed the course had vanished into thin air while following the course. Now his father, who is a responsible police officer who had signed as the grantee is in a huge fix.
