Now, it’s a real balu tax!

It is not surprising that the government intends introducing a tax on dogs. When the government was joined by an ex-junior Finance Minister who introduced a real "Balu Tax" viz.

"Vat on cheque books" in addition to the tax on cheques issued, there was a hue and cry. Consequently the culprit lost his seat at the election!

Now he comes out with a real "Balu Tax" once again! O Tempora O mores.
