CIMA course by CEO Bradley

CIMA Sri Lanka is holding a Mastercourse on self discovery and character development to promote both personal and career progression on November 16 presented by Bradley Emerson, CEO of CIMA Sri Lanka.

CIMA’s ‘Brand you’ Mastercourse will enable young managers and executives to re-imagine their role, recognise their potential, contribute to teams and ultimately discover the leader within. The course will facilitate recognition of the key elements that influence professional progress and examine the need for interdependency, empathy and the importance of team work in an organisation. Ultimately the session will move beyond the level of management and focus on understanding the key elements of leadership and how to attain such traits.
