Lankan student best in London A/L’s Business Studies

The head prefect of Royal Institute International School, Nugegoda, Chathurani Abeyratne obtained the highest marks in the world for Business Studies at the London GCE AS Level Examinations (Cambridge) held in June 2007.

She was awarded the certificate by the University of Cambridge International Examinations at the Cambridge Brilliance in Sri Lanka awards ceremony held at the Galle Face Hotel last month.

An outstanding student, Chathurani obtained 7 A’s at the London GCE O/L examinations in 2006 and has also won many awards for sports and music.
