The Volkswagen Beetle Owners’ Club of Sri Lanka having a membership of over two hundred and fifty have made arrangements to hold its annual members day get-together on Sunday the 7th of September 2008.

The Drive would commence at 7.30 pm from Hotel Road, Mount Lavinia (opposite S. Thomas’ College, Mt. Lavinia) and proceed to the Katukurunda Air Base where events will be organized for the members which will conclude with an awards ceremony.

This year the committee has extended an invitation to the Peugeot 203 and BMC 1100 Club to join in the festivities of the day, hence there would be more participation at the event.
