One killed in accident at Madampe

One person was killed and and two others including a monk were injured when a van ran off the road and crashed on to a tree in Madampe, on the Chillaw - Puttalam road today morning, Police said.

The persons travelling in the van were from Minuwangoda and the accident had happened while they were returning from Anuradhapura.
