Six-year-old killed in accident in Galewela

A six year old child was killed when the three-wheeler he was travelling in collided with a truck along the Moragolla Road in Aluth Wewa, Galewela at around 12.30 p.m. today, police spokesman, SSP Ranjith Gunasekera said.

The driver of the truck was taken into custody, SSP Gunasekera said.

Galewela police is conducting further inquiries into the incident. .
