171 SF & Police personnel killed last month: John Seneviratne

Opening the emergency debate, Senior Government Minister W.D.J.Seneviratne told Parliament that 171 security forces personnel had been killed in operations and 1122 injured during the past month.

He also stated that 38 civilians had died and 62 were injured. .
