Govt rules out cease-fire with LTTE

Minister Maithripala Sirisena today ruled out a cease-fire with the LTTE, unless they agree on govenrment conditions of laying down arms.

The minister was responding to a question in parliament raised by JVP MP Ranaweera Pathirana. .
