Colombo indices show small gains

Colombo indices were marginally up Thursday morning pushed by Dialog shares but most likely to fall by the end of the day, as the case has been in recent weeks.

“There were patchy movements in the morning and this trend will continue during the day,” a stock analyst noted. During early trades the All Share Index was up by 10.21 points to 1,722.67 and Milanka was up by 18.11 to 1,949.44. The turnover was at Rs 34.6 million. .
