Applications called for 2022/23 Postgrad Diploma in Bilingual Education
View(s):Applications have been called for the Post Graduate Diploma in Bilingual Education for the 2022/23 academic year.
The course is jointly organised by the Education Ministry’s Bilingual Education and Trilingual Programmes Branch and the Open University of Sri Lanka’s Post Graduate Institute of English.
This is the only bilingual education postgraduate qualification available in Sri Lanka and has been tailor-made to suit the requirements of bilingual education in the Sri Lankan context.
The Education Ministry is to sponsor the total course fee for 40 applicants serving in the public school system.
The target groups are bilingual education teachers in government schools, pirivenas, semi-government and private schools, teacher educators, in-service advisors, school principals, educational administrators and lecturers at higher education institutes.
