Sing- a-long Concert for Charity

A Sing-a-long Concert with Lankika and the Golden Chimes will come alive at the Holy Emmanuel Parish Hall in Moratuwa on November 26 at 6.30 pm in aid of century old St. John’s Children’s Development Centre situated in Moratuwa.The guest artistes of the evening will be popular singers Keerthi Pasquel and Mariazelle Goonetilleke.
The St. John’s Children’s Development Centre situated in Moratuwa celebrates 100 years on the 27th of December 2022. This centre is primarily for orphans, the children from broken families and less privileged children. 
‘It has nurtured them, provided them with an education, self confidence, hope and inner strength to strive for a better brighter future and to become responsible citizens of their society and country’ said Lankika Perera of the Golden Chimes and the head of the organising committee.
A song book including the lyrics of 60 songs of golden oldies of Sinhala and English will be given to every participant free of charge.
The compere of the A Sing A-long Concert will be Sandharu Fernando.
Tickets are priced at Rs.1500/-and 1000/- and available at Holy Emmanuel Parish office (Tel 0112649427) and St. John’s Home Moratuwa.
