APIIT Launches ICAEW Study Programme in Partnership with CA Sri Lanka
View(s):The Asia Pacific Institute of Information Technology (APIIT) Sri Lanka is pleased to announce the launch of an Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW) study programme in partnership with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka).
This unique and pioneering arrangement allows for students to acquire dual professional qualifications from CA Sri Lanka and ICAEW. With the launch of this new pathway, students currently studying for the CA Sri Lanka professional qualification in Chartered Accounting have an affordable fast-tracked route to gain an internationally recognised professional qualification from ICAEW.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Bandula Egodage, Chairman of APIIT Sri Lanka appreciated the stringent process of due diligence by ICAEW, CA Sri Lanka and APIIT that preceded the formalizing of the arrangement and remarked that “given the stature of ICAEW, the expertise of CA Sri Lanka and the spirit of inspiring love for learning that APIIT brings into the partnership, we are embarking on a journey destined for success”.
