‘Auld Lang Syne’ in Kandyan style
View(s):‘Grand New Year’s Eve Dance 2022’ at the Grand Kandyan Hotel was the top attraction in Kandy on Saturday, 31st December. ‘OHME’ led by Randika Fernando was the band in action at the night with Clifford Richards as MC.
Apart from music, dancing and action, many giveaways and surprises filled the night. Table draw, Grand Raffle Draw, Baila competition, First couple on the floor and selecting ‘the Grand Kandyan Queen’ were some of the top attractions of the night.
Ms. Claudia judged the ‘Grand Kandyan Queen’ and was crowned by Mrs. Weerarathne, while the Chairman of Grand Kandyan Hotel Gamini Weerarathne awarded the return airline ticket to Bangkok for the winner of the Raffle Draw.
