Addressing the staff – including the officers who took up vacant posts – the Minister said that the remaining issues from last year, along with other challenges, and the change of the present system, have to be done through a revolutionary educational reforming process.
“At the moment, the entire world has to face the challenge of exposing to unhealthy climatic changes and we will have to confront with the opposite type of weather conditions,” he added.
