4 injured in accident involving multiple vehicles
View(s):Four persons were injured and hospitalised last evening after a boom truck collided with multiple vehicles at Kaleliya in Mirigama.
The truck, suspected to have faulty brakes crashed into eight three wheelers, a car and a motorbike before coming to a stop along the Pasyala-Mirigama Road. Police arrested the driver while the injured were admitted to hospital. Investigations are ongoing, police said.
