Farhath Farook awarded at Zahira Rugby Night

The Zahira College Rugby Night 2023, organised by the school’s Rugby Committee, was held at the school’s Ghaffoor Hall recently. First XV player Ahamed Farhath Farook, who is an outgoing rugby player, received a memento from the chief guest CEO and MD of Moose Clothing, Haseeb Omar. A motivation speech delivered by Sri Lanka Rugby Vice President, Nalin de Silva at this ceremony, was one of the main attractions of the day.
Principal of Zahira College Trizviiy Marikar, Chairman of Board of Governors Fouzul Hameed, President of Old Boys Association Alavi Mukthar, its Secretary Nuzri Munsoor, Sports Chairman of Board of Governors Naina Mohamed, Rugby Committee Chairman Aufer Johar, its Secretary Risli Matheen and Project Chairman Sharwar Yoonoos were also present at the event. Almost all the former rugby players of Zahira College were present at the event.
