Top class rugby on the cards in Central Hills
Kingswood College will come out for the first time this season when they lock horns with the defending league champions Isipathana College in the last game of week 1 of the Dialog Schools League Under-20 rugby encounter at Bogambara today with the kickoff set for 4.00pm.
Kingswood is led by Imanka Ishara with Inoon Ihshan as his deputy, who is also a national junior football player. Radhila Ranaweera, Afthab Asmy, Pramodh Fernando and Tharindu Ishara are the other seniors in the outfit. The lads from Randles Hill look strong with their three-quarter line. The outfit is coached by Malith Hettiarachchi and assisted by Mohamed Jabbar, both old boys of Kingswood.
Meanwhile Isipathana is led by Naveen Kanishka and assisted by Rinesh Silva and they have fast runners Nisaja Jayaweera and Saheed Zumri in their outfit who are threatening players could run through any defense. They are coached by Saliya Kumara, who has proved himself in the last year with the Green Shirts, taking charge of both League and Knockout trophies.
