‘CentreStage Musicals’, Jehan Aloysius’ latest musical theatre production will be staged on Friday, July 14 at the Lionel Wendt Theatre.
This exciting family show features excerpts from several of Jehan’s original musicals, such as ‘Rag – The Musical’, ‘Frankenstein’, ‘Venus United’ and ‘Serendipity’.
The star-studded line-up of soloists includes Sean Amarasekara, Dinushka (Bola) Jayawickreme, Bhanu Prabhasha, Dion Nanayakkara, Kumudini Perera-David and others. Jehan Aloysius, who composed and directs the performance will also make a much-awaited appearance since his memorable performances in ‘The Phantom of The Opera’ and ‘Les Miserables’.
The show supported by Cargills PLC marks the 22nd anniversary of CentreStage Productions, which has represented
Sri Lanka at international theatre festivals.
