Award winning filmmaker Jayantha Chandrasiri’s “Midunu Vishwaya”-Frozen Cosmos is now being screened cinemas around the country.

Professor Warenya; a professional acting trainer has mastered acting as a psycho analytic field of study. He has come across countless students of different levels of psyche throughout his career.

Sumadya is a new student who is different from others. She is capable of achieving a deep hypnotic trance that can exceed beyond space-time and this happened during Warenya’s mental exercises.

In this hypnotic level, she becomes victim to a time warp, making her a living conduit for Rajini; a famous actress that lived five decades ago, making it possible for her to speak through time and communicate Warenya who is living in 2020, with her living self in the 1960’s.

Rajini uses this opportunity to learn professional acting. However stuck in a successful acting career and a dissatisfied marriage, Rajini yearns for intimacy and love from Warenya. But this unpractical relationship between two lives and two ages, requires that Sumadya remains as a conduit. When Sumadya is made aware of what she is and that she is a bridge between Warenya and Rajini, the relationships gets complicated.

Realising his enemy is not fate, but the primordial, non existing force called time, Warenya  decides to stuck to the present where he lives. The lovers walk back in to their separate lives and separate times.
