Sinopec all smiles over Lanka fuel deal

China’s Sinopec Energy Lanka Deputy General Manager Arthur Cheng Anxiang showing a Churchilian victory sign as their company signed an agreement with the Board of Investment on Friday to import, store, distribute and sell petroleum products in the local market.
