Canada Education Expo woos Lankan students
View(s):The Sri Lanka Canada Business Council of the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the High Commission of Canada in Sri Lanka, concluded the Canada Education Expo-2023 recently.
More than 2,000 prospective students, parents, professionals were able to explore the diverse educational opportunities offered in Canada.
President of the Sri Lanka-Canada Business Council of the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce Priyantha Chandrasekara said that this event served as a stepping stone towards a brighter future filled with educational growth, professional success and enduring partnerships between the two countries.
High Commissioner of Canada, Eric Walsh said that for Lankan students considering studying abroad, Canada stand out in terms of quality of education, quality of life, cost competitiveness and a welcoming and diverse environment for students of all nationalities.
