Indian cuisine at Ramada to celebrate India’s Independence Day

The Thali Affair:
Experience the true essence of Indian culinary artistry with our Thali Affair, featuring a delightful assortment of dishes prepared with aromatic spices, accompanied by biryani rice, dhal, mughlai salad, and raita. For vegetarian guests, the Shakahari Thali offers a delectable array of vegetable curries, pickles, and a mouthwatering dessert. Non-vegetarian enthusiasts can savour the divine flavours of Murgh Makhani, a chicken curry infused with a tantalising mix of cashew, tomato, and honey, or the sumptuous Machchi Methi Bahar, a fish delicacy made in a thick and spicy almond and cashew masala gravy.
The Executive Indian Lunch:
