The presentation of garments for tuskers taking part in the annual Esala perahera took place at the Dalada Maligawa in the presence of Diyawadana Nilame Pradeep Nilanga Dela on Friday.

The garments were donated by businesses, government agencies and well-wishers.

The preparations are underway to hold the Kandy Esala Perahera from August 21 to 31.
