Sanasa Life Insurance conducts training for staff
View(s):Sanasa Life Insurance is implementing a series of outdoor training programmes for its staff members. The initiative is aimed at ensuring the betterment of the staff, led by its Human Resources Department, and Training and Development Department.
The purpose of this programme is to provide the necessary knowledge, and develop attitudes, skills and communication of the sales force and other officers. It is planned to have all the officers of the Company participate in six batches for this programme, which is being organised with the resources of Cognito Asia Outbound Training in Sri Lanka. Three teams have participated in it so far. The training session focuses on developing the participants’ personality, team spirit, communication skills and common sense.
“Sanasa Life Insurance is dedicated to the improvement of its employees. We organise this series of training programmes with the aim of sharpening the knowledge, attitudes and skills of our staff members. It is possible to establish a sustainable, effective and efficient culture through this programme,” said Deputy General Manager of Human Resources and Recruitment, Nilantha Piyasena.
Sanasa Life Insurance has secured many local and international awards including the Award for the Fastest Growing Insurance Company in the country.
