The 2nd workshop in a series of programmes under ‘Thakshalawata Upa Netha’ initiated by the Thewana Esa Photography and Media Association of Sri Lanka, facilitated by its present Patron and former President Saman Fernando was held at the Ananda National School Chilaw last week organized by vice principal M.M.Gayan Ariyaratne and teachers in chage of the IT subject and the Media Unit under the directions of principal J.A D.Wickrema. At the workshop about 60 children in the school were detailed on how the camera developed from the initial stage upto the modern sophisticated ones allowing them to use cameras made at different stages.Chuldren wwre seen participating with much curiosity and enthusiasm.
