Mahathma Gandhi commemorated in Galle

The 154th birth anniversary of Mahathma Gandhi, known as India’s “Father of the Nation,” was commemorated at Mahinda College, Galle this week. The event was organised by the Consulate General of India in Hambantota. India’s Consul General in Hambantota, Harvinder Singh also made a donation of books to the College’s library.
