The highly anticipated SSC All-Island Open Badminton Championship 2023, which is set to take place from October 7 to 15, will be sponsored by Fondre of Pyramid Wilmar. Organised by Singhalese Sports Club (SSC) in association with Western Province Badminton Association (WPBA), and conducted by Sri Lanka Badminton, this is the longest running Ranking Level 1 Tournament, will be held at the SSC Badminton Complex and Mercantile Badminton Association Stadium.
This championship, held for the 13th consecutive year, is one of the most popular tournaments in the local badminton calendar, and brings together players from across the country to compete for the ultimate title. “We are honoured to be the main sponsor of the SSC All-Island Open Badminton Championship 2023,” said Hiranth Fernando, the Head of Sales and Marketing of Pyramid Wilmar.
