The traditional Cake Mixing Ceremony of Cinnamon Lakeside, Colombo took place at the hotel last week.
Historically, the cake mixing ceremony was a tradition that marked the arrival of the harvest season where kilos of dry fruits, nuts, and spices were combined together with rum to form a mixture rich in flavour and aroma.
Cinnamon Lake celebrated this age-old ritual together with their staff and guests to ring in the Holiday season. Live music will continue through the season to mark the coming Festive season.
