Public speaking and confidence building for teenagers, a programme conducted by Kshyahla Pinto-Jayawardena of the KPJ Academy in partnership with the Ladies’ College Institute of Professional Studies with the singular vision of building confident and articulate young leaders, saw the successful completion of its first course last week.
At the ceremony held at the Ladies’ College KG Hall, the students demonstrated their abilities before an interested audience.
As part of one of Sri Lanka’s leading corporates for over a decade, Kshyahla Pinto-Jayawardena has had extensive experience in training, coaching, public speaking, presentation skills and corporate communication and recently founded her own Academy with the intention of developing children’s abilities and building young leaders with communication capabilities that will set them up for success in their future.
The public speaking and confidence building programme aims at building speaking capabilities and positive personality within teenagers whilst giving them the tools to become motivated, and resilient.
