De Lanerolle Brothers mark 15

Celebrating 15 euphonious years of song, the De Lanerolle Brothers marked their 15th anniversary as a brand unveiling a new logo on Wednesday at ‘The Blue’ at Hilton Colombo.
The animated transformation of the familiar silver lettering against the black to a vibrant red background with gold lettering was showcased while the brothers Rohan and Ishan took turns in thanking the individuals behind the scenes that helped them to where they are today.
Some of the partners that backed the Brothers along their journey included advertising professional Ranil de Silva, former Chairman of Singer PLC Hemaka Amarasuriya, beauty expert Ramani Fernando, Representative for Qatar Airways Fahad Zaffrullah and Area GM of Hilton Colombo Manesh Fernando who each commended the duo on their success.
Well-wishers from around the world joined the event online: Choral Conductor Nelson Kwei from Singapore, Consul for Sri Lanka in Graz Edith Hornig, Slovenian opera singer Sabina Cvilak, Director of the Euphony orchestra and choir Rushan Hewawasam, opera singer Helen Massey from the UK, pianist/organist and conductor Dr. Jonathan Clarke and conductor and music director Dr. James Ross, both from England and Chairman of the MCC World Cricket Committee Kumar Sangakkara all reminisced on their personal experiences with the Brothers.
Dialog Axiata presented a special video tribute in celebration of their 15-year partnership with the brothers. To wrap up, the Brothers gave the gathering their version of Michael Bublé’s ‘Save the Last Dance for Me’.
