Korean Embassy, KOICA donate smart classroom to Katana Junior School

The Katana Junior School, in the Gampaha District was presented with a smart IT classroom valued at over Rs 6 million as part of a donation programme sponsored by the Government of the Republic of Korea. The event was held on November 23, with the participation of Ambassador of the Republic of Korea Miyon Lee.

The Korean Embassy, in collaboration with the KOICA office in Sri Lanka, implemented this donation programme for pupils of schools such Katana Junior School whose students and teachers are in dire need of facilities for IT studies.
