Leadership Training for Young Ones this December!

Leaders are definitely made! The right inputs & influences are the springboards from which leaders spring forth! The earlier the young ones learn the knowledge, skills, attitudes and behaviour of a good leader, the sooner they can make them their winning habits. The more they act like leaders, the more leadership opportunities will be offered to them. It is a positive, upward cycle.
Therefore this December Maheshi Premasinghe who has been delivering Leadership & Soft Skills Training for Corporates for nearly 20 years is organising a Leadership training Camp for Young Ones!
Maheshi Premasinghe is the former Leadership & Management Training Manager of HSBC Global Service Center. Maheshi has been accredited to Train Level A Modules of the prestigious Institute of Leadership & Management ILM (UK) by Dr. Jon Warner of WCOD (Aus) . She has been accredited to train the global Leadership & Soft Skills Modules of HSBC. She is the founder CEO of the STAR Factory for Corporate Training with clients such as Telstra (Aus), Infosys (India), Toyota Lanka, BPO Connect, Hayleys PLC and the German Embassy. The Leadership topics covered at the camp include The Role of Leader, Time Management, Assertiveness Vs. Aggressive or Passive Behaviour, Motivating Self and Others. Multiple methodologies including Games, Group Discussions & Role Plays will be employed in a fun environment to help young ones with any of the 4 Learning Styles to be able to internalise the lessons and to make it part of their personality.
At the end of the Camp the participants will be better at prioritizing, developing immunity to bullies and peer pressure, being self motivated and to build others around them, which will also elevate the culture of their school.
