‘Lunu Dehi’ party at Grand Kandyan
View(s):As December approaches everybody can hear the cheerfulness of Christmas as carols are sung everywhere. Singing Christmas Carols have become an iconic event at the Grand Kandyan in 2023, which featured few leading schools in Kandy.
This time the Hotel joined hands with few leading school choirs in Kandy and the month of December was welcomed with the Christmas carol service letting them sing their hearts out to praise the lord.
As every year the Grand Kandyan has outdone itself with the Christmas decorations. The magnificent Christmas tree at the entrance gives all guest the warm feeling of Christmas. The majestic ice castle is the icon of the hotel decorations.
Christmas Eve dinner, Christmas day lunch and traditional Christmas day dinner buffet with gourmet festive items are planned to delight all guests.
The hotel’s 31st December Night celebrations will come alive with the spectacular pre-dinner cocktail at the Lobby.
Grand New Year’s Eve Dinner Dance will feature the eminent entertainer Shevon Dimitri and the famed dance band ‘Lunu Dehi’ led by ex Gypsies, Dushan Jayathileke.
