Pearson Sri Lanka proudly announced its partnership with the Old Boy’s Association of S. Thomas’ College, Mount Lavinia by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on the 24th of November for the groundbreaking event “Elevate,” a career guidance speaker conference. The Elevate conference is scheduled to take place on the 20th of January at the Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall (BMICH).

The MOU signing ceremony between Pearson Sri Lanka, the event’s Principal Sponsor, and the OBA of S. Thomas’ College for the Elevate conference was a momentous occasion marked by the esteemed presence of Jane Baker Vice President, Business Development UK and International at Pearson, and Rev’d Marc Billimoria, Warden and Ex-Officio President of the OBA of S. Thomas’ College, Mount Lavinia.

The event is set to offer a unique opportunity for young minds to connect with influential personalities and global educators. The event targets teenagers, guardians, parents, and young adults seeking guidance on career choices and can expect a dynamic lineup of speakers from various futuristic fields, offering practical advice and inspiration to navigate the complexities of the professional world.
