Ray Forbes memorial ceremony

In recognition of the immeasurable services rendered by the late Ray Forbes as its Director from 1983 to 1997, the Bandaranaike Centre for International Studies (BCIS) is organising the ‘Ray Forbes Memorial Ceremony’ on Thursday, March 7, from 4 pm to 6 pm. Madam Chandrika Bandaranaike Kumaratunga, the Chairperson of BCIS, will be gracing the ceremony.
Before joining the BCIS in 1983, Mr Forbes was a Sri Lanka Foreign Service officer who served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and in Sri Lankan missions abroad.
