Tuskers Battle ends in draw
View(s):The 12th Battle of the Tuskers, a highly anticipated clash between perennial rivals Maliyadeva Model School, Kurunegala and Ibbagamuwa Central, concluded with a draw at the Welagedara Stadium in Kurunegala yesterday.
Ibbagamuwa Central, starting from their overnight position of 15 for 4, found resilience in Pasindu Palipana’s stellar knock of 91, enabling them to reach a total of 225 runs in response to their opponent’s 233 runs.
