Hatch together with the Singapore Sri Lanka Business Association, supported by USAID Catalyze and Sri Lankan Airlines, recently showcased the innovative ventures of five Sri Lankan female entrepreneurs in Singapore.
The event was not just about pitching ideas; it was a platform for empowering change, Hatch said in a media release. The five entrepreneurs and their products are: Lak Nature, founded by Lakmini Weerakkody, offerscnatural, vegan, and preservative-free food products; Miris by IslandMom, from Shivani A. Tyronne, celebrates the rich flavours of Sri Lankan chillies.
Nevindaree Premarathne’s founder of Makers Global is revolutionising STEM education for children; Achinthya Neligama’s Wellness Cultz specialises in gluten-free baking ingredients; and True By Tina is Tina Lobo’s pioneering eco-friendly baby care products.
