Virticle by Jetwing introduced innovative additions to its menu, unveiling a range of meticulously crafted dishes at The Restaurant and new signature cocktails at The Bar. Over the years Virticle by Jetwing has cultivated a reputation for crafting memorable culinary experiences, by elevating familiar dishes through innovative pairings and introducing novel gastronomic delights with the recent additions adhering to the established tradition. While featuring some of the crowd favourites such as the braised Beef Cheek with cauliflower puree from the previous menu, the new creations include Homemade Linguine served with tomato pesto and eggplant, Honey-glazed pork belly with bacon infused mashed potato and a fennel and local orange salad, Cinnamon Chicken served with red cabbage puree and cinnamon aioli, and theatrical desserts like the Chocolate Lava Cake with homemade Avocado Ice Cream.
Virticle by Jetwing champions homegrown ingredients in their dishes such as the Crispy Nelum Ala Salad and the Murunga Soup, while also offering a curated selection of international dishes from premium cuts of meat to the finest of salmon. The menu being a celebration of Sri Lankan ingredients is a delight for vegan and vegetarian diners as well, offering an array of plant-based dishes.
Virticle by Jetwing complements its delectable cuisine with a curated selection of signature cocktails available at The Bar. The menu showcases new additions like the arrack-based Kata Gasma, vodka-based Coolant, rum-based Ocean Breeze, and Warwick Infusion, a skillfully crafted gin-based cocktail featuring organic artisanal tea sourced directly from Jetwing Hotels’ own Warwick Estate in Ambewela.
