Commissioned Officers for National Cadet Corps
View(s):A basic training course to recruit officers from the Sri Lanka Education Administration Service, Sri Lanka Teacher Educators Service and Sri Lanka Principal Service to the National Cadet Corps as Commissioned Officers is to be held soon in order to promote cadet activities.
The training course of three categories is aimed at recruiting 1,000 officers belonging to Grades I, II and III of the said services.
The Cabinet approved the joint proposal presented by President Ranil Wickremesinghe in his capacity as Defence Minister and Education Minister Susil Premajayantha.
