IF- ‘Imaginary Friend’ hits the Lankan screens

IF- ‘Imaginary Friend’, the latest film by John Krasinski, is now being screened at Theatres in Colombo and other theatres around the country.
Not only John Krasinski as the the main actor, IF also features an impressive group of actors portraying various characters. The film stars Ryan Reynolds, Cailey Fleming, and Fiona Shaw in human roles.
Steve Carell, former co-star of John Krasinski in the series ‘The Office’, Emily Blunt, his partner and co-star in ‘A Quiet Place’, Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Matt Damon, Maya Rudolph, Vince Vaughn, Sam Rockwell, Sebastian Maniscalco, Christopher Meloni, Richard Jenkins, and Awkwafina are some of the actors who have provided voices for ‘imaginary friends’ characters in this film.
Written, directed, and starring John Krasinski, IF tells the story of a young girl who can see imaginary friends. But it’s not just hers that she can see, she has the power to see every imaginary friend that has been forgotten by their respective humans. Sad because of loneliness and facing the threat of being left behind forever, these imaginary friends join the girl, who may be their only hope of being remembered before their time runs out.
The film is now being screened at PVR Cinemas, Colombo City Centre, Liberty Kollupitiya, Majestic Cinema-Colombo, Liberty Kiribathgoda, Chaya Cinema, Regal Katubedda- Moratuwa, Kandy City Centre, Aqua Lite, Maxx Lite, Regal-Bandarawela, Regal-Gampaha and Regal-Dematagoda.
