Kingswood College won the bilingual debating segment of the Central Province Debating contest for the fifth time, beating the Dharmaraja College team.
Governor Lalith U Gamage presented the Champion’s Trophy to the winning team.
More than 20 schools participated in this contest.
The team comprised Gaweesgha Weerasuders, Dilina Ariyawansa, Sandith Jayarane, Sithun Perera, and Jayan Chaturanga
The tutor in charge of the team is Chatrurika Niyandagala. - L B Senaratne
